Renewable Energy

With our separate business unit, VGP Renewable Energy, we want to facilitate the green energy transition of our clients and support them on efficient energy management in a cost-effective way. VGP Renewable Energy offers a broad array of renewable energy solutions for warehouses, including solar, wind and thermal, as well as integrators for storage and distribution. We invest and operate photovoltaic systems directly as an owner, and in cooperation with our tenants, at our VGP Parks.

The park is located only 10 km west of Zagreb and 20 km from the International Airport, at the junction of the E-70 and E-65, providing easy access to major cities in Croatia and the neighbouring countries. This is an ideal location for logistics service providers, as well as for commercial and manufacturing companies.

VGP Park Rouen will have a total surface area of approximately 150,000 m². The park is located in Petit-Couronne, in the immediate vicinity of Rouen, at the intersection of the A13, N338 and A150 motorways, which provide strategic access to the city and the Paris airports. It is situated at the heart of the 'Axe Seine', very close to Rouen river port giving access to Le Havre seaport and Paris.

VGP Park Berlin-Bernau is located in the north-east part of Berlin with direct access to the A11, and only 8 km from the A10. Berlin's city center is easily accessible by car and by train. On an area of more than 140.000 m², VGP will develop a business park with around 70.000 m² of high-quality space for industrial, logistics and commercial purposes.

VGP Park Brasov is located in the central part of Romania, in the city of Brasov and only 166 km from the capital city of Romania, Bucharest. Brasov is an important industrial centre of Romania. On an area of more than 220,000 m², VGP develops circa 108,000 m² of logistics and industrial premises. The site is situated adjacent to the E68 motorway in the centre of the industrial area of Brasov and provides direct access to the motorway.
